A Prince Albert man who is accused of being behind the wheel of a vehicle that struck and killed an aboriginal girl — is in more hot water.
Police have arrested Leslie Samoleski after he allegedly broke the conditions of his release.
Sergeant Kelly Mclean says they picked Samoleski up at a home Tuesday night.
He says the allegations involve alcohol use, submitting to an alcohol test and keeping good behavior.
Samoleski was charged last year with numerous offenses including criminal negligence causing death, impaired driving and failing to remain at the scene of an accident after a 14 year-old girl was struck and killed while riding her bike through the city.
He’s due back in court on May 7th.
