Two men will head to trial for allegedly killing a man from the Muskoday First Nation.
Thirty-eight-year-old Wayne Moshenko and 20-year-old Cody Walker were both charged with assault and second-degree murder after the body of 36-year-old Ricky Bear was discovered in a rural area just south of Prince Albert last August.
Police have never said how Bear died.
A date for the trial still has to be set.
