RCMP say it appears alcohol may have played a role in a fatal crash on a Saskatchewan reserve over the weekend.
At about 10:00 p.m. Saturday, paramedics rushed to the Sturgeon Lake First Nation after a collision between a pedestrian and a vehicle.
The 20-year-old male victim was located at the scene, but was declared dead on site.
A 31-year-old man has been arrested.
At this point, RCMP have not released any names or details on charges — but say an investigation is ongoing.
