A 74-year-old man charged in a drive-by shooting appeared in a Regina courtroom today to face charges of attempted murder.
Albert Charles Kaiswatum entered no plea and had his case adjourned until Friday afternoon.
However, he did ask for the assistance of a Legal Aid lawyer.
Kaiswatum is accused of shooting a 25-year-old man on the Piapot First Nation on July 29th.
At last report, the victim was listed in serious condition in a Regina hospital.
