One of four young people accused of killing a man on the Ahtahkakoop First Nation last year has been released on bail.
Nineteen-year-old Dannie Knife faces a charge of second-degree murder for his alleged involvement in the death of 25-year-old Christian Bird.
Bird was found clinging to a piece of ice on Sandy Lake on May 1, 2011.
He was pulled to safety, but died soon after.
Knife and three other suspects under the age of 18 were recently charged with his death.
As part of his bail, Knife is ordered to stay away from the Ahtahkakoop First Nation and is forbidden from having contact with approximately 30 people.
He is also prohibited from consuming liquor or entering bars.
