A judge has ordered a Wollaston Lake man to stand trial for allegedly killing a woman in Prince Albert.
The body of Margaret Sewap was discovered near the city’s Central Avenue bridge in April, 2011.
Police haven’t said how she died — only that it was suspicious.
After a six-month investigation, authorities ended up charging John Shaoulle with first-degree murder.
Shaoulle, who was 28 at the time he was arrested, was also on remand at the time for unrelated charges.
A date for his trial still has to be set.
