A woman has been arrested after a fatal stabbing in Grandmother’s Bay.
44 year-old Mary Roberts is accused of stabbing and killing 37 year-old Adam Eninew.
Roberts and Eninew shared a home together.
RCMP say his body was discovered outside a house on the reserve early Sunday morning.
Staff Sergeant Kevin Williamson says officers responded to the 9-11 call around 4 a.m.:
“Members attended along with members from La Ronge and upon arrival determined that the victim had succumbed to his injuries.”
Roberts faces one count of second-degree murder.
She appeared in a La Ronge courtroom this morning and is due back on December 17th.
She has been remanded until then.
