Two men from the Red Earth First Nation charged with a New Year’s day murder have made bail.
Last week, Justice A.R. Rothery granted bail to 26-year-old Tyson Whitehead and 19 year-old Douglas Head.
The two men were charged with second-degree murder in the killing of Duril McKay.
The 20-year-old man died in a Nipawin hospital after suffering injuries in a fight that allegedly took place outside a home.
Both suspects are confined to house arrest in separate locations and are restricted in the people they can see.
They are also electronically monitored.
A third man, 20-year-old Lenny Head, has also been charged in the case.
