Our History is a new book honouring the first 65 years of the Federation of Saskatchewan Indian Nations.

The book was officially launched in Saskatoon Tuesday night.

FSIN Chief Perry Bellegarde says a key factor in the strength of the organization over the years has been its ability to remain unified.

“The FSIN has been around for 65 years and it’s that strong unity, that collective voice, that keeps us together,” he says. “You always have differences, but people see that vision about keeping the collective strength together. In unity, there is strength.”

Our History is a collection of stories, pictures and facts about the FSIN from 1946 to 2011.
