Police have charged two men after a violent home invasion in Prince Albert over the weekend.
Officers responded to a complaint on Saturday morning of a large fight in the east flat.
When they arrived they learned two males had arrived at a residence armed with a bat and machete.
The suspects allegedly damaged some property and then assaulted the occupants of the home.
A 24 year-old man from Wollaston Lake has been charged with two counts of aggravated assault and mischief under $5,000.
A 25 year-old man from Prince Albert is charged with assault with a weapon.
The pair also are charged with possessing weapons dangerous to the public.
