An inquest has been called into the death of a 46 year-old Aboriginal man.
Stanley Robillard was discovered unresponsive in a Saskatoon jail-cell on July 15 of 2010.
He was taken to hospital but never recovered.
Authorities say he was initially picked up for intoxication.
A public inquest into his death will take place on December 9 to the 13 at the Saskatoon Hilton Inn.
Coroner Brent Gough will preside over the proceedings.
