Mounties say a 70-year-old man on the Ahtahkakoop First Nation called 911 over the weekend to report that he had no heat in his house.
Shellbrook RCMP responded to the call and confirmed the furnace in the house was not functioning properly.
Police called for a housing maintenance person to assist with the situation.
