One person was taken to hospital after a serious assault over the weekend on the Sturgeon Lake First Nation.
The incident was reported to Parkland Ambulance at around 10:30 p.m. Sunday evening.
Paramedics treated a 47-year-old man who was then taken to Victoria Hospital in Prince Albert and later transferred to Royal University Hospital in Saskatoon.
At last report, the man is in serious but stable condition.
It is unknown if a suspect has been arrested or any charges have been laid.
