An inquest into the death of a man who died in a Prince Albert hospital two years ago will take place next week.
Forty-four-year-old Billy Ballantyne was taken to Victoria Hospital on November 29, 2012 because he was feeling ill.
After a disturbance at the hospital, Ballantyne was taken by police and placed in a jail cell.
Shortly after, Ballantyne was having trouble breathing and was taken back to the hospital where he later died.
The inquest will help a jury make recommendations to prevent similar deaths in the future.
