A 19-year-old man is facing charges after a shooting incident near La Loche.
Around 4:30 p.m. Friday afternoon, RCMP were called to a home about seven kilometers south of the community.
Police and local EMS found a 40-year-old man with a non life-threatening gunshot wound.
He was taken to local hospital and later released.
The suspect was arrested outside the home a few minutes later and at last report is still in custody.
So far there is no word on what charges will be laid.
