The preliminary hearing for a Prince Albert man charged with second-degree murder is set for June 2.
Trevor Cook is charged in relation to the death of Cory Brown on September 6.
Police found Brown’s body at a residence on 14th Street West.
Cook was arrested and charged ten days later.
He did not appear in court this morning because his attendance had been waived.
However, family and friends of Brown continue to attend every court appearance wearing T-shirts in his honour.
