A teenager charged with second-degree murder in relation to a homicide in Prince Albert has been released on bail.
Thirty-six-year-old Johnathan Kasagan was found critically injured in a house last Friday and died after being rushed to the hospital.
Police say a 17-year-old boy turned himself in the next day.
At a bail hearing Wednesday morning, a judge decided to release the teen on bail with several conditions.
These conditions include abstinence from alcohol, no weapons, a curfew and staying in touch with his court worker.
The teen’s next court date is Feb. 26 in Prince Albert.
