Paul Leroux is headed back to prison.

Originally, the notorious residential school sexual predator was sentenced to a three-year prison term but the Crown appealed.

A Saskatchewan Court of Appeal judge has agreed, ruling an eight-year sentence fit the crime.

Leroux was convicted on eight counts of indecent assault and two counts of gross indecency from incidents that took place at the Beauval Indian Residential School from 1959 to 1967.

The 74-year-old was released on full parole in late December after serving one year in prison.

He has been ordered to report to the nearest police or RCMP detachment no later than Wednesday.
