The evacuation order announced earlier this week has been lifted for several northern communities.
That includes the Lac La Ronge Indian Band-La Ronge, Sucker River, Hall Lake and Stanley Mission.
The voluntary evacuation order is also lifted for the Town of La Ronge, the Village of Air Ronge and Brabant Lake.
The evacuation order remains in effect for Sikichew Lake and Clam Lake Bridge people.
Officials say Highway 935 Clam Lake Road is still closed and fire suppression crews are still working in the area.
Lac La Ronge Indian Band Chief Tammy Cook-Searson says transportation arrangements are being made this morning.
Cook-Searson says those who travelled south to Saskatoon and Prince Albert will be arriving home starting later today.
JRMCC- Far Reserve in La Ronge will be open and ready for all the people that have been evacuated and returning home. Lunch, coffee, tea and juice will be ready when you arrive in La Ronge.
