RCMP say they are concerned for the safety of a missing Metis woman from Prince Albert.
Twenty-two-year-old Danielle Nyland has not been seen since the early morning hours of June 8.
Coordinated searches have taken place in areas around Shellbrook and are continuing with assistance from civilian and police search and rescue.
RCMP revealed last week that her cell phone had been found at the end of a driveway in the Shellbrook area, and that she has not engaged in any banking or social media activity since her disappearance.
Mounties would like to speak with Raymond Knife of Prince Albert because it’s believed he may have information about Nyland that could help in their investigation.
Police are also asking for the public’s help in identifying the owner of a white pick-up truck, possibly a Dodge, that may have been stolen from the Prince Albert or Shellbrook area.
The truck’s owner may not know it has been stolen and police are asking anyone with a similar vehicle to check on its status and report any theft to police.
As well, should a vehicle matching that description be located abandoned, the public is asked to notify police immediately.
