A Stanley Mission man is out of custody, and won’t be back in court to face his attempted murder charge again until April.

Jeffery Thomas Roberts, 41, was arrested in late September for a shooting inside a Stanley Mission home.

One of the three people in the home was grazed by a shot and went to hospital.

Roberts is charged with attempted murder, uttering death threats, and being unlawfully in a residence.

Roberts was released on an undertaking after his second court appearance.

Roberts has a preliminary hearing scheduled in April.
