A man has been charged with second-degree murder for a suspicious death out of Pelican Narrows last week.
Around 11:30 last Monday night, the RCMP found the body of 26-year-old Antoine Custer outdoors in an open space in Pelican Narrows.
They’d initially labeled Custer’s death as suspicious, and an autopsy was scheduled last Wednesday.
Johnston Linklater, 18, was arrested the day after for second-degree murder.
His first court appearance will be by video in Pelican Narrows on Tuesday.
RCMP Major Crimes and its Historical Cases north and south units have been involved, along with Prince Albert and Tisdale Forensic Identification Sections, and Saskatoon RCMP Police Dog Services.
