The RCMP is asking for help finding a 14-year-old girl from Ahtahkakoop First Nation who hasn’t been seen since she left her grandmother’s place on Sunday.
Shellbrook RCMP reports Destiny Bird is likely still on the reserve, but has a sister in Whitefish she said she wanted to visit.
Bird is described as a slender, five-foot tall girl with a fair complexion and long reddish-brown straight hair.
Aside from her physical appearance, she most notably has a distinct lisp. Bird was last seen wearing a white bunny hug, black jacket, blue jeans, red/black runners.
