Assault charges have been stayed against Montreal Lake’s band manager.
The charges of assault with a weapon, assault causing bodily harm, and uttering threats stem from a dispute within Mark Anthony D’Amato’s home at the end of January.
D’Amato was initially set to go to trial on Friday.
However, the Crown stayed those charges the day earlier.
