RCMP say the bodies of two people have been found in the Canoe River.
The RCMP Underwater Recovery Team had been dispatched to Ile-a-la-Crosse after reports that a vehicle may have gone through the ice.
Investigators say the team located a submerged truck in the river.
The body of a 55-year-old woman was found inside the truck. Late yesterday, the body of a 53-year-old male was found in the river outside the truck.
Both were reported missing by family to Beauval RCMP on Tuesday evening.
No names have been released and the investigation continues.
