For the second time in two months, an Edmonton man has been arrested for trafficking in cocaine in the Ile-a-la-Crosse.
The latest bust took place early Friday morning when police checked an unregistered vehicle. A quantity of cocaine and cash was seized from the driver.
34-year-old Lyle Allan Wilson was charged with possession for the purpose of trafficking and possession of the proceeds of crime.
On December 3rd, 2016, a 19-year-old Edmonton man, Dylan Furaha, was charged with cocaine trafficking in Ile-a-la Crosse. Both men will be in court this week.
Ile-a-la-Crosse is about 650 kilometres northeast of Edmonton.
