The Saskatchewan Indian Gaming Authority is reporting over $252 million in revenue for the 2017-18 year. Net earnings of were approximately $84.5 million.

The SIGA says it invested more than $1.25 million into more than 500 local organizations last year.

The organization says it will be expanding its operations with the opening their seventh casino in Lloydminster, taking over the management of the slot machine system, and partnering with the Whitecap Dakota First Nation on the new Dakota Dunes Hotel development.

The SIGA is owned the provinces 74 First Nations and distributes 100 percent of its profits to its beneficiaries.
