The Battleford RCMP says it has arrested Jonathan Swiftwolfe without incident near a home on the Mosquito First Nation.
Swiftwolfe was wanted by police following the discharge of a firearm on the Saulteaux First Nation.
A victim remains in Saskatoon hospital in stable condition after he suffered a wound to his leg.
Swiftwolfe will remain in custody until his first court appearance Friday.
