Northern RCMP officers issued 152 tickets last week for various infractions during a traffic blitz.
Officers focused on distracted, impaired and aggressive driving and whether people were wearing seatbelts in and around the communities of Beauval, Buffalo Narrows, Ile a la Crosse, Canoe Narrows, Cole Bay, Patuanak and Pinehouse.
Two vehicles were impounded for 30 days, four drivers charged for suspended driving, with 123 warning tickets issued.
RCMP say drivers can expect continued traffic patrols across the province this winter.
