Four people have been arrested after a string of both successful and attempted robberies on Monday afternoon that involved three different communities.
At about 3:15 p.m., police say a business on 6th Avenue in Prince Albert was robbed by two suspects using a firearm.
Two hours later, Humboldt RCMP were called to a business in Jansen after a report of two males approaching with covered faces and weapons in hand.
Staff at the business locked the doors before the suspects could enter.
At 6:05 p.m., RCMP say male suspects entered a store in Spalding with a knife and sawed-off rifle and assaulted a male patron.
Police say a 2016 black four-door Volkswagen Golf hatchback was used in all three incidents.
Three males and one female were later arrested south of Invermay.
Twenty-year-old Brandon Peeteetuce, 20-year-old Dorion Loessi, 22-year-old Rikki Steinkey and 23-year-old Tonisha Fulton all face a number of charges.
These charges include armed robbery, assault with a weapon and disguise with intent.
All four have been remanded in custody and are due to appear in Melfort Provincial Court Thursday morning.
