Prince Albert police are confirming the death of a three-year-old girl last week as a homicide.
This comes after an autopsy was completed Tuesday.
Police say the victim and suspects were known to each other and it was not a random incident.
The unresponsive girl was found in a residence in the 800 block of 17th Street West of the city on Apr. 8.
She died the following afternoon in the Jim Pattison Children’s Hospital in Saskatoon.
No arrests have been made at this time.
