The Northern Inter-Tribal Health Authority has ordered the Northern Store in Fond du Lac to be closed to in-person sales and only allow line sales or curb-side pickup.
NITHA said the store has become a congregation point for community members. And that people who are close contacts and should be self-isolating are visiting the store for periods of time which could allow for community transmission of COVID-19.
The health order is in effect until December 9.
