There are 356 active cases of COVID-19 in the north according to the most recent numbers from the Northern Inter Tribal Health Authority (NITHA).
The far northeast region is again reporting the most active cases with 167. The far northwest is reporting the second highest number at 94. The north central region has 66 active cases while the north east region is reporting 20 cases.
In the far north central Athabasca region, NITHA is reporting nine active COVID-19 cases.
Currently five people are in hospital while 679 recoveries are being reported.
