Three people from the La Ronge area are facing drug and firearms-related charges after an incident in Saskatoon last week.
The three were arrested in the city on Wednesday evening.
Police say they began pursuing a male suspect after he was spotted urinating on the side of a business in the 1200 block of Idylwyld Drive North.
This led officers to a parked 2011 Chevrolet Silverado where 52 grams of prepackaged cocaine, a rifle and ammunition were eventually seized.
The male suspect was taken into custody along with another male and female who were also occupants of the vehicle.
Nineteen-year-old Colton Ratt and 27-year-old Mary Johnson, both of La Ronge, and 32-year-old George Ross of Air Ronge are charged with possession of cocaine for the purpose of trafficking and various firearms-related offences.
Ratt is also charged with resisting arrest and breach of conditions and Ross with possession of proceeds of crime.
Ratt was scheduled to appear in Saskatoon court on Monday and Johnson and Ross on Tuesday.
