Six people are facing charges after RCMP were called to a home in Buffalo Narrows earlier this week.
RCMP said they were called to a home on the 400 block of Tom Street on June 7 at around 6:30 p.m. about a group of armed people outside a home.
When RCMP got to the home they found a person there had been threatened with a firearm.
The six people were arrested with help from RCMP in Dillon, Turner Lake, La Loche and RCMP dog services later that evening.
Mitchelle Ballantyne, Kayla Bouvier, Timothy Corrigal, Derek Moate, all from Ile a la Crosse along with Anthony Couillonneur, from Cole Bay and Abraham McCallum from Buffalo Narrows are facing eight weapons and firearm related charges.
Ballantyne and McCallum are also facing charges for breaching previous court orders. All six appeared in court Wednesday.
