At approximately 8:46pm, A Shooting incident has been reported as occuring on James Smith First Nation.
Suspect is male and mode of transportation is unknown at this time. Avoid the community. Be wary of someone asking for a ride. Do not pick up hitchhikers. If in the area, seek immediate shelter or shelter in place. Do not leave a secure location. Report any emergency or suspicious persons to 9-1-1. Do not answer your door unless police provide direction to do so. Stay away from windows.
