As Saskatchewan public health officials begin to administer Pfizer COVID-19 immunizations to children aged 5-11 tomorrow, there are a few clinics in the North offering this service.
The Sask Health Authority’s website indicates three communities set to open for vaccinations Thursday.
Beauval Health Center 10 AM – 4 PM
Loon Lake Health Centre 10 AM – 3PM
Pinehouse Health Centre 6 PM – 8PM
Saskatchewan has ordered 112,000 Pfizer doses. The Northern Inter-Tribal Health Authority will be offering clinics in 33 on-reserve communities, through school-based, mobile and walk-in clinics. Indigenous Services Canada will operate clinics in 49 Indigenous communities.
