Two people are facing 14 separate charges each after an investigation by La Ronge RCMP.
According to police earlier this month they got a report about an assault and robbery which is alleged to have happened in June of 2022.
RCMP said as part of their investigation they searched a home in Stanley Mission on March 14. During that search police said they seized several weapons, including two handguns along with knives and bear spray. Police also found meth, cocaine, cannabis and cash during their search.
36-year-old Jonas Hardlotte and 33-year-old Roseanne Halkett of Stanley Mission are facing a range of charges related to the assault and robbery investigation and the search of the house. The charges also include attempted murder and aggravated sexual assault.
Both Hardlotte and Halkett were set to appear in La Ronge Provincial Court Thursday.
