RCMP, Thursday are to give an update on the mass stabbing incident on the James Smith Cree Nation and in the Village of Weldon, which left 11 people dead and 18 injured.
Mounties are expected to give a four-hour presentation on what happened September 4.
Myles Sanderson, who is accused in the attacks, died in RCMP custody after being arrested a few days later.
Saskatchewan RCMP Assistant Commission Rhonda Black has previously stated she would share a timeline of events.
This update is not expected to impact two coroners’ inquiries, expected for next year.
