A man from Sandy Bay found guilty of second degree murder will have to wait until August to learn his fate.
Robert Alexander Bear was found guilty of the charge in relation to the death of a 10-month-old child at King’s Bench in Flin Flon Man after a trial in May.
The child died in the summer of 2020, but charges were not laid until the following year.
The matter is set to return to court next month.
