At 6:15 PM, the Prince Albert Police Service responded to a bear spray attack involving four victims, including two children, at the Exhibition Grounds.
Police said a young offender was arrested at the scene and charged with assault with a weapon. They will make their first court appearance on August 7.
Shortly after, at around 8:53 PM, police were called to a second bear spray incident affecting roughly 20 adults and children. No charges have been laid at this time.
Officers stated that at 10:39 PM, they responded to a call involving a female with a large knife allegedly slashing tires.
Police said the female suspect was located and confronted by them, and during the interaction, a conducted energy weapon was deployed, and she was taken into custody.
The 24-year-old female was charged with resisting arrest and will appear in court today.
Officers said a third bear spray attack took place shortly after 11 p.m. No charges have been laid at this time.
