Matthew Wade Carter has been located deceased.
His family has been notified and Victim Services has been engaged to provide support.
After initial investigation, Matthew’s death is not believed to be suspicious in nature.
Onion Lake RCMP received a report of a missing 36-year-old male.
Matthew Wade Carter was last seen at a residence on Onion Lake Cree Nation on September 7, 2024.
Matthew is described as approximately 6’2” tall and 260 lbs.
He has brown eyes, short black hair, and wears glasses.
Matthew is known to wear dark-coloured clothing, but his current attire is unknown.
Matthew is known to travel to the Edmonton and Lloydminster areas, but his current whereabouts are unknown.
