Tonight’s polls for the Saskatchewan provincial election have come to a close for this year.
As stated on Elections Saskatchewan website there are 810,816 registered voters and 829,884 eligible voters.
A total of 32,476 mail out ballots were issued and there are 20,417 mail out ballots currently pending count.
There was a total of 1,286 voting poll station through out Saskatchewan for the 61 constituencies.
Vote counts started to roll in around 8:45 p.m. on election night.
The rural communities are the first to have their counts submitted.
At 9 p.m. the large cities still have to report any ballot counts to Elections Saskatchewan’s website.
