Efforts to locate Dallas Fulton continue
Investigators continue to actively search for 27-year-old Dallas Fulton and continue to ask members of the public to report information on his whereabouts.
Dallas Fulton’s family has reported him as missing to police. While police are working to locate him to arrest him on his warrant, it’s also important that we are able to check on his well-being.
Saskatchewan RCMP has conducted numerous searches of the Thunder Rapids area, where Fulton was last known to be, including using Police Dog Services and the Remotely Piloted Aircraft System.
Investigators can’t confirm whether Fulton left the area or not.
Investigators are also working to check other places Fulton is known to frequent, including the Saskatoon and Duck Lake areas, and following up on all information received through the course of the investigation.
If you see Dallas Fulton, do not approach him.
He is wanted on serious charges and should be considered armed and dangerous.
Report information on his whereabouts to your local police service immediately.

As a result of continued investigation by the Saskatchewan RCMP General Investigation Section, on October 31, 2024, charges were laid and a warrant issued for the arrest of 27-year-old Dallas Fulton from Prince Albert for the following offences in relation to the October 24, 2024 incidents: one count, aggravated assault; one count, robbery with firearm; one count, discharge firearm with intent; one count, unlawfully causing bodily harm; one count, possess a weapon for a dangerous purpose; one count, pointing a firearm; one count, possession of a firearm without a license; one count, possession of a firearm in a vehicle; and one count, careless use of a firearm.
If you see Dallas Fulton, do not approach him. He may be armed and is considered dangerous.
Dallas is described as being approximately 120 pounds, 5’5” tall, with brown eyes and black hair. There is a tattoo of a sad face on his right hand and a tattoo of a happy face on his left hand.
Dallas has connections to and may be in the Prince Albert, Rosthern, and Duck Lake areas, but this is not confirmed.

Angus Heathen is also charged with the following additional offences: one count, possession contrary to a prohibition order, and one count, failure to comply with a probation order.
The investigation continues for last week’s incidents to determine if any connections exist to any other occurrences or investigations.
