Saskatchewan RCMP Major Crimes provided an update this afternoon stating that Mounties have arrested and charged two males in relation to the death of 25-year-old Mason Morrison from Dillon.
The two males were arrested at a residence in Dillon on February 17, and the victim’s family has been notified and victim services made available to them.
Resulting from further investigation RCMP state that 22-year-old Levi Noltcho from Dillon, and a 17-year-old male from the Buffalo Narrows RCMP Detachment area are each charged with one count of manslaughter.
RCMP are unable to identify the 17-year-old male as per the Youth Criminal Justice Act.
Levi Noltcho and the 17-year-old male appeared in Buffalo River Provincial Court today.
Saskatchewan RCMP Major Crimes continue to investigate.

Mounties stated in a media release that on February 17 at approximately 4:30 p.m., Dillon RCMP received a report of an injured adult male at a residence in that community.
Officers responded and located the adult male, who was later declared deceased at the scene.
RCMP say the death was considered suspicious and Saskatchewan RCMP Major Crimes took carriage of the investigation.
Saskatchewan RCMP Major Crimes is advising the public of an increased police presence in Dillon in relation to this ongoing investigation. Investigators will remain in the community for an undetermined amount of time and ask residents to follow any police direction provided.
