The File Hills First Nations Police Service has arrested an person in relation to an ongoing financial crimes investigation.
Carry the Kettle Chief Scott Eashappie has been charged in financial crimes investigation.
Scott Eashappie, 37 years-old, of Carry the Kettle Nakoda Nation, SK is charged with Fraud, Theft, Money Laundering, and Breach of Trust.
He is scheduled to appear in Indian Head Provincial Court on May 6, 2025.
