Handbook Features Northern Artist Information

A handbook featuring northern artists has been rolled out.

The book contains photos and write-ups of 67 artists in 22 different communities.

It was created by the Northern Saskatchewan Sports, Culture and Recreation District.

Manager Judy Mcleod Campbell says each page describes the artist, the type of artwork they do and whether they are willing to do workshops or community programming.

She hopes the book helps raise the profile of arts and artists in the North as well as creating new partnerships.
