Water levels around Cumberland House may now exceed levels the community saw in 2005.

The North Saskatchewan has peaked in Edmonton and will likely reach Prince Albert by the end of this week.

Dale Hjertaas expects water levels to rise by about two and a half metres from where they are now.

Hjertaas says the community is trying to prepare for the flows by doing some diking.
