“3rd World” Film Follows FNs Orphans

A new documentary from an Ottawa filmmaker follows the lives of eight orphaned children in a remote Northern Ontario First Nation.

3rd World Canada showed in Regina last night and filmmaker Andree Cazabon says she made the film to show a world beyond First Nations issues.

Cazabon says she wants the audience to question why aid is given to other countries when there is so much poverty in communities across Canada.
