New CEO for MCRRHA

The Mamawetan Churchill River Regional Health Authority will be getting a new Chief Executive Officer.

After five years in the position, Kathy Chisholm will be retiring on October 1st.

Chisholm says she has enjoyed the work and is pleased with a number of accomplishments such as launching air medi-vac service last year and receiving accreditation, which means national standards are being met.

Chisholm began her career 35 years ago as a registered nurse at the La Ronge Hospital.
